We will become more humid on Thursday as the area of high pressure moves east of Louisiana. Southerly winds will return and they will make it mostly cloudy with spotty showers. Highs will be warmer as they climb into the mid 70s. Thursday Night will be mostly cloudy and not as cool with lows in the 60s.
A cold front will move into the area on Friday. This will set off scattered showers and thunderstorms throughout the day and into Friday Night. We will be very mild and humid with highs in the mid 70s. Lows will be in the 60s on Friday Night.

The rain is forecast to end by Noon on Sunday, and then we will become partly cloudy and a little cooler with highs around 70. That means the rain could be out of here just in time for the St. Patrick's Day Parade on Metairie Road. Hopefully the Luck of the Irish will keep the rain away for both parades!
