Short Term Forecast: We have a very warm and muggy morning across the Capital City with partly to mostly cloudy skies. Temperatures are in the upper 60s to lower 70s.
Get ready for another day just like yesterday as an area of low pressure and an upper-level low move northeast of Louisiana. This will give us a mix of sun and clouds with a few spotty showers popping up with the daytime heating. It will be very warm and humid with high temperatures in the mid 80s.
The clouds will stick around tonight, and that will make it mostly cloudy. We will stay warm and muggy with low temperatures in the upper 60s.
Weekend Forecast: Get ready for some almost hot temperatures this weekend. I say almost hot because I reserve the term "hot" for when it is 90 or higher. An area of high pressure will sit over the Deep South this weekend and that will provide us with plenty of sunshine. It will become very humid, so we will have some clouds each day too. Therefore, you can expect mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies each day. Highs will be in the upper 80s and lows near 70 each night with mostly cloudy skies and some light fog.
Next Week Outlook: I can officially say that we will be HOT next week. Monday and Tuesday will have similar weather to the weekend - partly cloudy skies each day. However, we will likely hit the 90 degree mark each day for high temperatures. Each night will have partly cloudy skies with lows in the lower 70s. That sure does feel like Summer!!
A weak cold front will move into Louisiana on Wednesday, but it will dissipate as it gets to Baton Rouge. This will make is partly cloudy with a few showers and storms popping up. However, not all of you will have the rain. It will be very warm with highs in the upper 80s and lows in the upper 60s.
Another cold front is forecast to move into town on Thursday. According to the forecast models, this one looks like it will hold together as it gets to Baton Rouge. We will have partly to mostly cloudy skies with isolated showers and storms. Highs will stay in the upper 80s and lows in the upper 60s.
Friday looks to dry out, but we do not cool down in the wake of the cold front. It will be mostly sunny and still very warm with highs in the upper 80s and lows in the upper 60s.
Try to stay cool and have a nice weekend! -Dave

However, consider this, what if you typed a catchier title?
I ain't suggesting your content isn't solid., however suppose you added a title that makes people desire more?
I mean "Becoming Almost Hot This Weekend" is a little plain.
You ought to look at Yahoo's front page and watch how they create post headlines to grab people to open the links. You might try adding a video or a pic or two to get readers excited about what you've got to
say. Just my opinion, it would make your posts a little livelier.
