The cold front is expected to push through town by midday and then we will see an end to the rain and storms. The sky will start to clear and it will become partly cloudy. We will also see the temperatures drop quickly through the 60s and into the 50s by the evening.
Expect mostly clear skies tonight with much colder temperatures. Lows will fall to the mid 30s. Brrr! Be sure to bundle up on Thursday Morning!
Rest of the Week: High pressure will build over the Southeast on Thursday and Friday. This will make it sunny and keep us cool. Highs will be in the upper 50s on Thursday and lower 60s on Friday. Lows will be in the upper 30s on Thursday Night and lower 40s Friday Night.
Weekend Outlook: The high pressure will move to the east of Louisiana this weekend. At the same time a weak disturbance will move through on Saturday. This will lead to a mix of sun and clouds on Saturday, but no rain at this time. Highs will be in the mid 60s and lows in the upper 40s.
Pleasant weather is on tap for Sunday with partly cloudy skies. It will stay cool with highs in the mid 60s and lows in the mid 40s.
